VALENTINES DAY APHRODISIAC MENU

Valentine’s Day is Friday, February 14th, 2020
This feast is made for sharing, each course (one plate of each) will be brought out one at a time.

Champagne toast for each couple

Course 1
Love at First Bite
Fresh shucked oysters, lightly tempura battered, and fried served with a ginger aioli
The Inside-Out Rainbow Maki Roll – a colorful sushi roll encrusted with avocado, tuna, salmon, and shrimp, on the outside. The inside filling features a fresh crab salad.

Asparagus-Asafetida (Asafetida is also known variously as “food of the gods”, it is in the perennial herb Family)

Almond breadsticks – asparagus coated in a mixture of asafetida and almonds with a touch of parmesan and panko with lemon hemp-honey and sriracha.

Course 2
The Picnic
Our tomato basket is filled with fresh morning-picked local salad greens from
“Freedom House Farms” and assorted sprouts.
Served with a tangerine ginger vinaigrette made with local honey.

Course 3
Aphrodite’s Offering
Raviolis made with flour and roasted beets infused with butter poached Maine lobster.
Topped with a creamy saffron-ginger and roasted red pepper sauce.

Course 4
The Kama Sutra
Tender confit of duck leg and pan seared duck breast (Kama Sutra spices: Cardamom, ginger & cinnamon). Served with a side of roasted truffle potatoes, fresh arugula & watercress.

Course 5
That’s S’more
When the World seems to shine, like you’ve had too much wine that’s amore:
S’mores flavors stacked: Smooth Chocolate mousse on top of a homemade graham cracker crust and topped with marshmallow cream.

Valentine’s Day Friday February 14th
