Indulge in crisp aromatic Peking duck skin and meat carved table-side and served with warm crepes, cucumbers, scallion slivers and sweet & savory plum sauce
Sautéed Shredded Duck with Leek
Braising preparations will begin for the duck legs while the breast meat is shredded then sautéed with fresh leek, ginger and shitake mushrooms, to be served with Jasmine rice
Red Braised Duck Leg
During your previous course, the duck legs were slow cooked in a savory sauce infused with cinnamon, anise, ginger, garlic and other spices. Served with spring root vegetables
Classic French Chestnut Mont Blanc
Classic French dessert of sweetened chestnut puree in the form of vermicille, topped with whipped cream
