Zen Forrest and Motor Works Brewing Beer Paring & Dinner
Motorworks Brewing, Bradenton’s first craft brewery, was co-founded by Frank and Denise Tschida. Bob Haa is the mastermind behind the beer. He grew up in Cullman Alabama then studied Biology at St. Mary’s College in Southern Maryland and Mycology at the University of Minnesota.
Lavender-honey-Turmeric Salad
Butter lettuce, figs, cottage cheese salad drizzled with local honey and turmeric dressing (Freedom House Farms) with Lavender Ale
Pepper Shrimp
Gulf shrimp marinated and sautéed fennel, onions and black pepper with angel hair pasta with Pulp Friction IPA
Tandoori Wings
Indian tandoori spice and yogurt marinated chicken wings roasted in the oven, with basmati rice with Intellectual Property Ale IPA
German Sausage burger
German style smoked sausage hand formed, smoked and grilled served on pretzel bun with fresh kraut and mustard with Cruiser Kölsh
Orange Soufflé
Classic airy soufflé made with oranges with Midnight Espresso
