This feast is made for sharing, each course (one plate of each) will be brought out one at a time.

Course 1
Love at First Bite
Shrimp Cocktail Supreme: Local colossal shrimp with a trio of dipping sauces
Rainbow Maki Roll: Sushi roll with avocado, tuna, salmon, shrimp, filled with crab salad
Forrest Truffle: A mixture of sundried cherry, asafetida, pistachio, almonds a touch of fontina, brie, cream cheese, black & white sesame seeds, flaxseeds, and truffle dust
Course 2
The Picnic
Tangerine-ginger vinaigrette made with local honey with fresh morning picked local salad greens from “Freedom House Farms” and assorted sprouts stuffed into a tomato basket
Course 3
Lobster Love Nest
Lobster dumplings and crisp snow peas sautéed in a creamy lobster
roasted red pepper sauce served in a crisp nest made of taro root
Course 4
Wagyu Beef Tourtierre
Kamasutra-spiced mystical wagyu beef, mushrooms, and onions encased in a flaky crust with wilted greens and sweet onion horseradish sauce
Course 5
Cupid’s Confections
French macaroons, passion fruit creme brulee, assorted kolache cookies, assorted cake truffles
and, chocolate-covered strawberries
