Rib-sticking noodle dish from Northern China.  It has been compared to the Italian spaghetti bolognese.  A dish consisting of thick fresh noodles topped with a mixture of chopped pork.  Together they create an intensely aromatic sauce that is salty, sweet, and loaded with umami flavor.  Fresh crunchy cucumbers finish this amazing dish.
