VALENTINES DAY APHRODISIAC MENU
Valentine’s Day is Tuesday February 14th.
This feast is made for sharing, each course (one plate of each) will be brought out one at a time.
Champagne toast for each couple
Course 1
Love at First Bite
Scallop paella topped with seared Sea Scallops
Oyster Tempura served a with spicy Japanese aioli sauce.
Norimaki/Makizushi inspired Artichoke, asparagus, and forbidden grains roll.
Shrimp Cocktail served with a Tomato jam Cocktail sauce.
Course 2
The Picnic
Fresh picked salad greens
(from Freedom House Farms) and assorted sprouts served in a hand cut tomato basket. Drizzled with a Tangerine ginger vinaigrette made with local honey (Queen Kathleen Honey)
Course 3
Love Nest
Lobster in a creamy Tom Yum style spiced sauce baked with Japanese Udon Noodles
Course 4
The Kama Sutra
Filet mignon marinated in a sauce with spices contained,
in the Kama Sutra, (ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and honey)
sliced and cooked to medium.
Served with a smashed roasted parsnip and Indian Roti
Course 5
Cupid’s Three Kisses
End the night with three kisses from Cupid.
Chocolate Tarts filled Dark chocolate ganache topped with fresh strawberries
Hong Kong style coconut Tarts
Italian lemon mascarpone tarts topped with raspberry mousse
