I am about to let you in on a big secret. A great dinner at home doesn’t have to be complicated, or have very many ingredients to be delicious. This two ingredient Zen Forrest Grilled Shrimp Recipe using our house made Zen Forrest dressing as a marinade, keeps things quick and easy. Just pair it with rice, a quick salad and your favorite craft beer or bottle of wine. RECIPE
1 cup of Zen Forrest Dressing
8 to 10 large shrimp uncooked, shelled and deveined
INSTRUCTIONS
Add the dressing and shrimp (like a bit of spice? Add a ½ teaspoon of chili oil)
Mix well then transfer to a zip lock bag.
Refrigerate for an hour or so.
Grill and serve with rice and fresh organic mixed greens salad.
