Radicchio, endive, chicory, romaine, served with red wine and walnut oil. Topped with croutons and Gorgonzola cheese
AGNELLO ARROSTO alla CALABRESE
Roasted tender lamb Calabrian style (traditionally this dish is usually served with Goat but Chef Victor has gotten some beautiful Lamb and couldn’t pass it up) served with tomatoes, onion, basil, parsley, red pepper, red wine, olive oil &sea salt
