Indulge in crisp aromatic Peking duck skin and meat carved table-side and served with warm crepes, cucumbers, scallion slivers and sweet & savory plum sauce
Sautéed Shredded Duck with Leek
Braising preparations will begin for the duck legs while the breast meat is shredded then sautéed with fresh leek, ginger and shiitake mushrooms, to be served with Jasmine rice
Red Braised Duck Leg
During your previous course, the duck legs were slow cooked in a savory sauce infused with cinnamon, anise, ginger, garlic and other spices. Served with fall root vegetables
Plum Cake
Asian plum cake served with a 5 spice Asian ice-cream
