Sautéed Shredded Duck with Leek
Braising preparations will begin for the duck legs while the breast meat is shredded then sautéed with fresh leek, ginger, and shitake mushrooms, to be served with Jasmine rice
Red Braised Duck Leg
During your previous course, the duck legs were slow-cooked in a savory sauce infused with cinnamon, anise, ginger, garlic, and other spices. Served with spring root vegetables
Chestnut Tart
Sliced chestnut tart topped with meringue kisses and maple candied walnuts
