This feast is made for sharing, each course (one plate of each) will be brought out one at a time.
Champagne toast for each couple
Course 1
Love at First Bite
Velvety avocado mousse garnished with pistachio dust and micro greens
Puff pastry tart filled with roasted asparagus and gruyere cheese
Premium northern oysters roasted with parmesan-peppercorn cream sauce and
chives topped with caviar
Course 2
The Picnic
Super fresh greens and sprouts for an energy booster
Tangerine ginger vinaigrette made with local honey with fresh morning picked local salad greens “Freedom House Farms” and assorted sprouts stuffed into a tomato basket
Course 3
Love Nest
Alaskan halibut, sea scallops, jumbo shrimp and mussels with snow peas sautéed in ginger roasted red pepper cream sauce served in a crisp taro root nest
Course 4
The Kamasutra
A pair of Filet Mignon medallions infused with spices inspired by the teachings of the Kamasutra (ginger, cardamom, nutmeg, cloves and honey) served on top of the medallions in an oyster cream sauce. Also served with maca and purple mashed potatoes
Course 5
Un Bacio Appssinato (A passionate Kiss)
Chocolaté mousse cake with fresh strawberries, vanilla ice cream, sugar cookie hearts,
and strawberry meringue kisses
