VALENTINES DAY APHRODISIAC MENU

Valentine’s Day is Monday, February 14th, 2022
This feast is made for sharing, each course (one plate of each) will be brought out one at a time.
Champagne toast for each couple

Course 1
Love at First Bite
Oysters Tempura – oysters battered and fried, with lemon horseradish dipping sauce
Green goddess roll – sushi roll with avocado, cucumber, shrimp, and pistachio dressing
Asparagus Tart – flaky tart filled with roasted asparagus and gruyere cheese

Course 2
The Picnic
Tangerine ginger vinaigrette made with local honey. Fresh morning picked local salad greens from local “Freedom House Farms” and assorted sprouts lovingly served in a tomato basket

Course 3
The Love Nest
Shrimp, scallops, mussels, Alaskan Halibut, and crisp snow peas sautéed in a creamy lobster roasted red pepper sauce served in a crisp nest made of taro root

Course 4
Kama Sutra
Medallions of duck breast infused with spices found in the Kama Sutra (ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and honey) wine-braised duck Osso Bucco. Served with sweet potato puree and watercress

Course 5
The Honeymoon
Poached pear filled with Ferrero Rocher then wrapped in walnut laced filo. Served with a local honey mousse and white & dark chocolate candies
