New England’s unusual culinary delight the Chow Mein Sandwich was invented in the 1930’S in Fall River Massachusetts also the home of celebrity chef Emeril Lagasse. The Chow Mein sandwich usually consists of veggies, meat, in an Asian brown sauce topped with crunchy Chow-Mein noodles served in a hamburger bun. Our Chow Mein Sandwich will have wok tossed celery, peppers, onions, sprouts with your choice of ground chicken or beef in a brown gravy with fried noodles served in a hamburger bun served with French fries 10.00
